One potential outcome of Donald Trump’s return to the U.S. presidency is that Musk’s vision for Earth-to-Earth rocket travel could advance. Known as Starship Earth to Earth, the concept involves launching passengers into the upper atmosphere before descending to their destination.

In response to a post about the idea on his X platform, Musk affirmed, “This is now possible.”
